Extra notes: Count number of M6 bullets that hit him, he got damage of single bullet only, no latency issues here mates, he maybe pressed hotkey of hack a bit late. Up to you.

Look at 6th & 7th second carefully(watch it at least thrice), you'll see when the M6 bullet made his HP low & he was getting up, you fired about 7 bullets only from which 1 bullet touched him made his HP low, & the other bullet/s haven't touched him because when he got up about half & the bullets were touching ground not his body.
