Calling someone a Paki tard isn't racism tho', at the most it's discrimination but this seems more like a poor insult that most people ingame use.

When you were an ordinary player, you posted some shit like osama bin laden's and I reported you and you posted same reply like this. YOu try to defend yourself but failed and got a forum warn. It's similar like that. Better to handle this case by administrators.
And yes, those people get banned or warned for this insult.
