Im unable to install .netframework 3.5 thats why i need to install any alternative software for this please tell me the alternatives .

It's doesn't matter if it's 7 or 8/8.1/10.
NET Framework works 3.5 works on almost all the version of Windows from XP up to 10.
Well, try the offline installer if this problem is still persisting then re-download the online one if this didn't fixed the problem maybe something's from your AV or Firewall.

Try re-installing better your OS than solving many problems. If you have reinstalled it then maybe's something from your windows installation.

This solution should work, I'm sure.
HOW TO INSTALL FRAMEWORK 3.5 (includes 2.0 and 3.0)

First download:
Framework 3.5 installer (zip format)  (https://mega.nz/#!lkgFyBBA!RPdVfvz8rCH0sYv12wv11HMSs2Vix7K4eu7znVY7iJA)
Download and extract it.

You will see two folders.
1.- Com DVD
This should work if you have bootable USB or physical DVD .

2.- Sem DVD
This option works if you don't have any bootable USB or physical DVD (You will need to mount "NETFRAMEWORK3.5 W10.iso").
We will ignore the first folder, because I will teach you how to use the second folder.


Let's start.
Mount "NETFRAMEWORK3.5 W10.iso (Windows 10 has a default option for ISO mounting, I used Daemon tools because I'm using windows 7.)

NOTE:
You need to know where's your ISO mounted..

in my case:

Go to Framework 3.5 Installer folder -> Sem DVD -> Run ".NET-Framework-Offline-Installer-v2.3.exe" as administrator.

Something like this:

Then just check these options like me, and press Install, now just wait for 100% progress.

Use an USB or mount again that ISO.


Search the correct route, for example.

for 64 bits: "source/sxs_64"
for 32 bits: "source/sxs_32"
