You attempted /q when you were knocked down or might be got a headshot
It occurs when your hp loses like; Drowning in water etc
:) I'm sure you understand it

no i cant remember i quit at 0 hp when i want to leave game first i go inside bank then type t/q and after that i use /q

Doesn't matter if you can't remember it, that's how this script works.

The server only warns the player who disconnect from server while having 0% HP( before server count his death ) and the player with low HP and try to disconnect/pause game after he fall on the ground with at least one player from another team is near/shooting him. The situations above should not occur unless you really want to evade the death, the chance of false detection is very little.
