Reason for reporting: Attempted death evade.

Extra notes: From what I gathered by speaking to head admins, this type of action is considered as an attempt to death evade.

For the same reason, a player was warned at the spot from Gangstaras, this is type of a death evade, spawning cars while your HP is low & avoiding bullets to hit you.
