Reason for reporting: Speed Gear (again)

Extra notes: Everyone who has fought against Kintano before his first ban for speed gear knows that this is not "legit" for him.
Not only that but after being caught he refused to spawn and cooperate.

Did you use /checkspeed on him.

That command doesn't work with my level unless it has been changed recently.

his speed isnt normal banned
