Extra: this guy not follow any rule use cheat every day banned many time he use heli for kill many time but record him

Due to bad past ban history, I'm banning him for 1 week, if caught next time breaking any kind of rule, it'll be a 1 month. Also this time, his unban appeal won't be accepted, thanks for reporting.
