I don't see anything abnormal with his speed or his jump.
And the fact that I dueled him extensively a few hours earlier makes me doubt that he would resort to such tactics.

what tactic seems clear in the video 0:01 it is not a tactic it is cheat engine and he has increased the speed his 1.1 with cheat engine that it has some tools for vicecity and he jumped with a speed of 1.1 with cheat engine.
