Sometimes players use hacks everytime and get a big spree without getting any dead. And also we have those who use ban evade and finly they post an unban appeal in promising that they will not use hax neither ban evade. When they get unbanned their stats is very good qnd they can be in Top ratio.
So please when someone use hax and ban evade and then he gets a special unban, please remove his account and change his stats to 0

After discussing we've come to an answer that there will be a problem if we will implement this, there's nothing relating to script but if ever it is a false report and stats has been resetted, there's no way it can be recovered so it is a catastrophe, so we rather make safe decision, a ban is the least we can do but with high severity punishment.
