As I see Local had some problems thats why he stopped during fight, he wasn't knocked down or something to death evade. He have 12 hours to describe something what actually happened that time, till then the report is on pending. No useless posts by others please or else will be punished.

12 hours passed and still no response from local, it means he doesn't care about it.
