Aaron or Howl can explain it for you in detail as to why that type of glitching you used is not allowed.
I'll upload some footage for you later today which has lead to the ban.
It's important that you understand as to why what you did is not allowed and I actually think you know yourself why as well since Aaron had personally warned you not to do it.

I don't remember when aaron warned me :/ i got a banned for 3 days by server warn.

You may also remember last month how I kicked you twice for using it as well.

You were essentially using the same glitch Hunting used last month to gain an advantage in combat, to the point that it desyncs you so much that you're unhittable for other players and start rapid firing weapons.
And that's something we do not allow.

I remember you asked me once if that kind of glitch is allowed which i told you that you shouldn't do even system46 asked me similar to your case that which others curious about it if it's allowed, Once again it is NOT allowed, might called it a slide glitch which you abuse crouch glitch way too fast that desyncs without you noticing it, that's why be extra careful in doing this such thing.
