Do you have a screenshot/footage which it shows his ping/fps? He's kinda warping, maybe he's experiencing ping spikes.

ViR is a Biggest Lagger.

I don't recorded his ping in that time, however its around 200ms http://i.imgur.com/R9pp3Hd.png Maybe he's experiencing ping spikes, maybe its packetloss whatever it was be its spoils gameplay and unfair advantage. I still think it was spead gear, I've hitted him by spaz normally 3 seconds ago (0:27) before his fast sprint, you admin always can check him via clientside scripts.

His speed isn't same all the time. At some points, his speed gets normal. This is probably due to ping spikes. :)
