Title: Ping function in /duel

Suggestion for:(Forum/Server) Server ( /duel )
Your suggestion ok so sometimes we invite players to do ecd duels and we invite them without checking there ping + fps so there should be a function in duel system which first check players pings or fps
like if player 1 ping is higher than 300 or 310/310  server don't allow player to send nude dules
or if player2 ping is high server first warned us ( player 2 ping is higher than 300 ) hope you understand

Extra notes: we lost our ecd -_ -

-1, coz some of players are from Brazil, Vietnam and Malasia and their pings are 320+. The normal pings are these.

P.S: forgot Aaron :p Phillipines also.

If you think his ping is high, you shouldn't send duel request or just reject his duel request in the first place. It's not necessary to put more & more limits on players. The duel needs confirmation from both side & the players are free choose whether to fight or not. They should also be free to choose to whom they want to fight, without interference from server.
