You'll have to give me evidence for XHACKER. Being the passenger of a vehicle he can't control is not decisive for me to include him in the punishment.

I'll leave this open for 24 hours for you to reply if you have separate evidence on XHACKER. If not, this topic will be closed and you'll have to make a new report for XHACKER.
