There are many IRC bouncer providers, I'm currently using Drake's one, try here, http://forum.vc-mp.org/index.php?board=25.0

The easiest thing in the world
use PanicBNC or EliteBNC i use both i wanna know how to use mIRC i will use PanicBNC on mIRC
GO for EliteBNC its easy then Install Androirc app on your android i will tell you how to use :)))
