Suggestion for: the Forum
Your suggestion: Add a new rule: Don't bump topics that were more than a month ago or 3 weeks unless necesary.
Extra notes: Looks like people aren't so aware of this rule and the mods are keeping warning them...

Isn't it it's on the forum rules already? It really depends on the people if they are just retarded that won't understand anything.
