He approached me to inform that he uses radon's account with radon's confirmation to use it, I talked to hunting which to put into an agreement which is related to impersonating which should be avoided and as long the owner of the mentioned account is aware that someone is using it.

It can't be punishable as the owner of the account knows about it as long he's not impersonating that he is radon even if he's not, however if he tend to violate of the said rule, that's the time decision will take in.
