Title: Bug - Duel.

Date it happened: I don't know but i found it now.
The bug: Example: Player1 vs Player2 in duel. Player3 is watching now Player1 can't kill Player3 with other weps. But he can kill him with Python. So i wish to fix this bug soon as possible.

already reported but Human said that it's vcmp bug. This can't be fixed
