Title: Transfers & clans

Suggestion for:(Forum/Server) SERVER
Your suggestion(please include as much info as you can): Add maximum to 3 account transfer per month for each user.
Extra notes:so finally we can ease up work for admins
Also same for clans. Rule is maximum 3 clans open per month for each user.

Yes, this can stop the clan-hopping and countless names transfers by the same person.

There will be an upcoming implementation in regarding limitations in transferring of accounts. I'll lock this for now.
