suggestion for:server
details: add a far location for vip to deliver the stolen briefcase, e.g. in mainland. for example at hotel near bf.
extra: there will be more space to fight the VIP players
also, add required slots: 6. it is better than 4 players.

Updated, the position is now changed to Bank. The minimum number of participant will still be 4.
