Date:  today
Reason for reporting: hacked my account and changed my password

You must've forgotten your password. Nobody can access your account until he knows the password.

Are you even sure that they hacked your account? or it's just came to that moment you forgot your password, you can request a password reset if you would like to.

If you used your email to register then you should try
/login <email.> password
/login password <email>

According log, you changed your pass about 3.98 days ago and the last IP used to log into the account is your IP. You probably forgot your had changed your password. You can request a password reset by sending PM to manager/owner.
