Reason for reporting: using rockets in close combat under 18 meters

Extra notes: in first video its not that much clear that wishwanath shooted the rocket but you can clearly see that rocket only gave me damage not anyone else so it was shooted by wishwanath. 2 nd video says all

I'll Warn Wish for now. If caught doing again, he will be banned. It is not that hard to follow rules.
