Reason for reporting: WideScreen Or something else

Extra notes: This guy is weird when everytime i shoot his head it dont disappear. these are some clips of same time i cutted them since  its easy to fast upload

this is not widescreen
im talking because i have experience
his head is not poping because he use either French either German language on PC (keyboard)

its same like gta3
its nothing wrong here
he needs  gta vc blood patch (fix) in order to play vcmp normally
