Reason for reporting: Spawn camping at default position

0:55  - 01:00 I wait for him to move from his spawn. but when he started shooting me, then i shot.

in the end of the video you can clearly see what i told hari and viper that its spawnkilling, The only time when viper spawnkilled was in the end.

+ Spawnkilling means not letting a player to move after spawning.
