You posted [F2]Rule as the 'Clan Admin', so he was set as clan admin and it's his job to add other members.

Can any admin add [F2]Thunder_Bird as our clan admin,we can't add our members,only killer_frost and haseeb can add but haseeb left clan and killer_frost is inactive.We need to add our members
