Date it happened: How can the person tell the date? (I don't know but it's very old)
The bug: VIP skin bug. I'm giving you examples. Hope you understand...

So why don't add vip skins in Non-VIP skins?

You typed /spawnskin skin/id when you were VIP. Now your VIP status finished. The skin still get when you spawn.
