Is he really camping at the ammu? It's not really considered as camping if they only did once.

It's not that legit camping though, and act kinda smart if you see a conflict ongoing near the ammu, I'd advise avoid buying it as I faced several reports same as this, it is somehow unavoidable for them. And after reviewing the rules there's no stated that it's not allowed to kill inside the sphere at the ammu. Unless it's intentionally done by camping which they spam explosives just for the player unable to buy.
