I don't think this is F1 hacks, that's vcmp bug i think. Don't know much we will discuss this in our private and come back to you soon. Till now topic locked.

To prove that someone is using "f1" You should knock down him with Stubby/Shotgun/Spas. With this footage you can not prove nothing...
