Suspected reason: Spawn vehicle in combat

Why should we unban you ?: : I've got banned for spawning vehicle in combat. I didn't used it as a cover, i want to do safari. I've noticed it too late that some opponents is following me. So, i guess i didn't spawn a vehicle in combat, enemies just come to my area.

First reason is false. First time i've got killed in water, so, technically it's not evade. Second video is not evade, i did reconnect cause my chat is bugged and i want to change my spawnpoint to prevent spawnkill. And nobody is shooting me at that moment, when i did /q

Just an accident. I did crouch as a habit. And it was just for a 1 second, next i left my vehicle. Anyway, i didn't want to use it as cover.

If you don't want that vehicle as a cover then there's no need of spawning car if you know that you will be spawned next there so that's a damn cover from those who shooting you from far. And you are lucky that I didn't ban you for long period of time.
