Not the first time, I warned him myself couple of days ago for death evasion as well.

Actually we (tic,diaz,penta,me) were chasing him from loc s96 and he started running towards shipyard and he was running towards water to evade but unfortunately KillerX announced whoever will drown him first will get 50K. So he got nice opportunity to hide his evade as well.
He did evade near loc s96 too by drowning himself when Tic was chasing him. He was running towards water before that announcement was made.
You can ask anyone whoever was present there.

if killerx didnt announce the event also i m sure he would had evade because he was running towards the water before the event started

Well that was a event so I can't take actions and killerx also don't know about it he just announced it and here he did his work, for on purpose or not. But it was a event.

Assi, try to avoid these things when someone chasing you, you have been warned for this. It won't be tolerate again and will be punished with a tempban.

EDIT: Unfortunately he has been banned for exceeded the number of warn limits.
