Title: Suggestion: New Ban System!

Suggestion for:(Forum/Server) Server/Forum
Your suggestion(please include as much info as you can): If someone did a fault like death-evade, ban-evade, spam etc. So before ban admins ask him to give cash or ecds for decreasing ban like in the real life :D
