Date it happened: When the new Spawn protection system added.
The bug: As the Title showing "Black Name" bug still exists.

Human is really busy nowadays for personal issues, but he will fix it when he comes back

Can you please elaborate the said bug? I just talked to human and he finds it hard to find that bug unless you can go in deep details about it.

A possible fix was pushed, let me know if it's still happening..
