He was using rocket in kq event so its allowed

Rocket glitching fast switching using rockets or close combat allowed only in Kill Quota event ( @Aaron will explain more in details ).

Yes it was agreed that any form of rocket glitching is allowed but ONLY for Kill Quota event.
