About f1 thing I had bad ping spikes those time. Nothing special in it, its not my fault even if it was my internet. You just came from inactivity and know a bit nothing. I suggest you to play more. You can check diaz's report given by XTM. You will understand the part of *lag* or *desync*.
False reporting via /voteban:
Anyone who tend to deceit or convince a player to vote from such false accusation will be given a high severity punishment regardless if proof was solidly given and for those who are associated will be given a warn or ban depending on the case.
