Extra notes: at that time blood was there and didnt take any action against broly, not as he did against akumas a little bit ago..

This screenshot you posted doesn't make any sense, he reported you because you were camping at it. How we would know that this screenshot is before or after the incident? If I'm banned for just fighting someone and he ran to the svestplace to death evade, then you must be perma-banned for this lol.
