What? I don't see any evade there? kindly enlighten me in which particular time he evaded.

He's talking about the fact that at 0:05 Assi is stuck in the shooting animation as if he had timed out.

In that second he probably paused maybe he accidentally alt tabbed or any pop outs that only took him a sec to return back in-game and yet you weren't even close to killing him.
