Instead of alt tabbing in a fucking fight and then faking a crash (just like in the previous report), he could have done several other things like turning off his spawnloc.

Spawnkilling some noob using /setloc is allowed.
If he wanted to leave he could have used /q or the pause menu while on the SPAWN screen.
He alt tabbed on purpose while spawning to avoid getting killed which is deathevading.
Get yourself acquainted with the rules first before making yourself look like a dumbass.
Shoot default spawn position: You are not allowed to shoot the players' default spawn position (not the /spawnloc) using any weapon that will cause the spawned player to fell down & kill him/her when spawn protection over.
Note for other members:
