Title: New Year Eve 2
Post by: SAzEe21 on December 25, 2017, 02:11:09 pm: Here is love from my side to all European City members as many of you know that we(staff) organising "New Year Banner Contest" every year last year it was organized by ZUBI and this year I'm the incharge of it.
So here are some steps which you have to follow and required for a banner.
Requirements for a banner contains:
1- The banner Dimensions must be "600 x 200pixels".
2- Each participant have to post/submit only 1 banner(You are allowed to post your all banners created along with it but you have to select only one for the contest).
3- Only .png and .jpe extensions will be considered.
4- The banner must contain our server name/title "Grand Theft Auto European City".
5- The banner must be in English language and all players can participate in this contest including staff members.
6- Banner background must be transparent.
The best banner will be decided in our private boards by voting and winners will recieve the rewards of contest. 1st winner's banner will be added on the forum banner. Right here( https://i.imgur.com/HxTtZuZ.png ).
Prize for winners:
1st - 60ecds
2nd - 50ecds
3rd - 30ecds
NOTE: Do not create another thread/topic post your banner in this thread below with correct format, format given below:

I hope its looks good, but if more improvement needed I will make it looks more beautiful if possible.
