I don't know about that, but 4 weeks? They are very long.

Transferring to get any other nickname is quite rejectable but he even admins has no issue related to it. He joined the clan that doesn't mean he has to wait for 4 weeks. Changing nickname within 4 weeks isn't allowed and it can be if he joins a clan. Got it?
