Registration Format

Notes:
- You must state the full clan's name, either in the topic or at the topic's title.
- The clan admin can be anyone from the clan( not just clan owner/co-owner ), clan admin is responsible to add other member using /clan command. The clan admin can then set the real clan members' level once we register the clan.
- If the clan admin is not included in clan registration post, we might either reject the clan application or add the user who posted the clan application as clan admin( only if the user add/set his in-game nick in forum profile )..
- You may add graphical content/additional information about your clan, but the important questions above must be filled and included.
- You must not add any other server's name/ip/forum, including your clan's server.
- Your clan must have at least a forum or discord/IRC channel, otherwise your clan registration will be rejected.
- If you want to re-open a clan, please make sure you request permission from the last clan's owner and post evidence in your clan registration app. We have rights to remove your clan even after it's registered if we found out that the clan already existed and you did not post any evidence that shows you have permission from the last clan's owner.
- If your clan is not registered within 4 days after the clan registration app posted, please contact staff member.
- Please PM staff member if you leave the clan( user who posted the clan application ) or when the clan is closed.
- Any registered clans being inactive longer than 6 months( no clan members play within the 6 months straight ) are automatically removed by server.
