Title: Bug Report - Can be unbanned

Your nick: [UFt]Hazard
Date it happened: I noticed it years ago! But i knew that it exists.
The bug: When your banned in server and then you give a transfer app and admin accept your transfer application. So your nicks are unbanned. Let me explain! (Actually in all servers)

Player1 is banned in server and now his name is transferred to Player2. So he is unbanned from server and able to connect. (I don't know if the player can connect to that account or not but, as i think he can't connect) @Aaron make it necessary for admins to check first if the player is banned. Then able them to transfer nicks
Extra notes:It's very hard to explain but don't lock it, if any explanation needed so i'll give.

Check this links and get ultra info.
Not every admin is permitted to check banlist and then thid guy is banned since 8-9 months ago with zero reputation. How would an admin or moderator would know about him? Yes your suggestion is good one I appreciate but you should've never make this bug report.

So maybe the problem is with "CowDetective" Well, @♥ ȽЧZΣᖇ ♥ Tell us something about your ban info. Is "CowDetective" kicking you from EC server?

probably he changed his uid but reinstalling windows thats why he got unbanned

The transfer of account wont remove ban, it just change account name.
