Date it happened: After the currency update I guess.
The bug: VIP Privileges
Extra notes: I'm not sure if it's a bug or scripters forgot to add or the VIP privileges are removed such as free goto, gotoloc, etc because server is charging ECD for these commands.

Before cash was flowing easily especially to VIP's all the free features in all all cmds but we manage to decide to make it half of the price atleast they can spend their cash not just storing in your pockets for nothing.

Thanks for clarification, but you should've announced in the script update regarding this at least. And you could update the donate page as it still has old info.

The reason for the change was donator( permanent VIP ) had no where to spend their money because most commands were free while in the same time, they get more than normal players as reward. All the cash were just stored & had no function except for buying vehicles which is pretty useless for them to own that many.
Updates on forum are done from time to time. The information regarding command cost will be posted soon, we have already planned & finished it but it has not yet been posted because we were waiting for confirmation & re-check. Btw, the discount information had already been added in my post here:
