Title: FPS PROBLEM

i have fps problem. everytime i joining ec server my fps is 14 i have a good pc but i didnt understand this reason anybody help me ? (my ping 90-97)

Buy a better graphic card for fps its not depends upon ping

2 months ago i had a 60 fps

If your frame limiter is off so on it or it is on so off it, if not working then use high brightness for gta.as I also had this problem 2 months ago but it was solved by these suggestions that I wrote Try it.

did you recently install new windows if yes then you also have to reinstall your gpu drivers

if you have bad cpu also dropped fps, even if you have good graphic.

Check your antivirus maybe background scanning is on

Turn off windows updates?
Check if svchost.exe is the one who drains alot of memory?

Do you get 60 stable fps in other servers? If no, then post your pc specs

OH THANKS HUMAN İ SOLVED

SOLUTİON

1. If your game is running, close the game
2. Remove '04rel004' folder from your Vice City Multiplayer directory
3. Open VCMPBrowser.exe
4. Click 'Tools' and set your Updater URL to http://u04.thijn.ovh
5. Click OK and join EC server, your VCMP browser will automatically download and install rel004
6. Let me know if the problem persist..

The solution was posted in Bug report section but to keep it easy for everyone, i've created a different topic which i'll keep it up-to-date. So for the other players that are facing similar problem, please refer to topic below:-

Currently, there's no changes in the steps( Updater Link..etc ) but if there any changes in the future..i'll just edit the topic i've posted above.
