Title: Bug Report - Duel

Date it happened: I seen today
The bug: We can't kill anybody inside the duel but if we punch a player and then hit him so his hp goes and he died.

You cant attack while you are dueling ?

If Player1 is in /watch mode so the Player2 which is dueling cannot kill Player1 but if he punchs him and then kill him so player1 can be killed.

It's not script bug, it's VCMP problem as said by Craig.
