Remove all of my accounts , ive forgotten passwords.

Im also having problems regarding the new login system that box isnt appearing ive tried humans tutorial too. But still nothing

Why do you want to remove your account(specify the reason):  Ive forgot there passwords and i want to create a new account to stay on. A Stable nick.
Evidence, prove us that the account is yours(A picture of your account, ingame pic): Im sorry i cant provide an evidence because of script change also ive forgot my passes so..

@Tim managers can reset your accounts pass if you want
