I wanted to throw molotov downthere, under the bridge, but missed a bit. I told him that was an accident, but i guess he didn't pay attention to this.

Thats what I could understand from the video. Due to which I asked youto explain. By the way, Even by mistake you have done wrong. Therefore, punishment is necessary. Next time be more carefull for what you do.
