I really don't see what's wrong in spawning vehicles as cover.

I did not know about this rule or ever heard of it.And Fast Switch with rocket - I don't really know what you're talking about , I've shot,waited a few seconds, and continued to move.Maybe it's your ping that's making difference,making you think I'd fast switch.

Didn't look like a fast switch to me on the first video as it was low quality but after watching the video you posted later in 1080p it's clear that he did it at 0:04 to 0:05.
