Your suggestion(please include as much info as you can):make fram limiter always off with mo ability to change it
Extra notes:this suggestion must be accepted because its really blinding to play with some players who choose setting their fram off in order to getting more lag.
For example, some players have 250 ping and still using 25fps.

You can also try to kill your laggy opponent by using grenades and molotoves on him and there is already kick system for unstable FPS players.

Forcing FPS laggers to play without frame limiter will not increase their FPS, in fact it may cause even more irregular FPS spiking.

If the issue here is the low/unstable FPS, forcing them to turn off FPS limit will not make their FPS any more stable. The FPS limit just keep their FPS from getting over 30. If the limit is removed..their FPS could go up to 60 & can still drop below 30 if their computer cant handle the game.
