Title: Why I'm banned?

Hello,
 I just want to ask about that why I'm banned from EC. Wild choose video when I shoot on his head the video is not more then 2 or 3 sec and I don't have any hack. When you fight with two player you have to fire both side and then no body ask about explanation directly banned why?
