Title: only for ec developers and scripters

its good that you guys added  new stuffs in the server but make a copy of ec server and test new stuff there later add in current ec server  link vks server staff do for now i only want to say when you add new stuff kindly restart server because when you add new stuff and did not restart server again this happend (https://i.imgur.com/1z5TN2J.jpg)

Be patient, they won't leave the server like this. They have to do something about it.

It just needed a restart, it's good now.

It's not caused by script updates, but there's probably something wrong with IRC bot(has something to do with socket plugin ) that caused db problem when reconnecting bot after timeout. The problem has been happening since rel004 and i'll try to fix it tomorrow as i've some free time.
